Group organization

Adapted agile organization

• We were eager to implement good practices from agile methodology, i.e. regular meetings, sprints with tasks priorization, roles.
• Yet we also wanted each of us not to be stuck into too specific tasks or roles. Therefore the person in charge of organizing the meetings would be a different one at each time. And we strived to have everyone handle various parts of the project (for instance backend and frontend).

• A Discord server was setup, with generic channels + channels by thematic, issue
