One step further than #39: adding support for Windows native driver without using WCHLinkDLL.dll, enabling the usage of native driver with the x86-64 build. (And maybe even ARM64?)
Also, existing USB backends are moved to separate files.
Tested on my WCH-LinkE and CH32X035F8U6. Feel free to test it out!
