Vote/Poll Feature #55

Description

@pahosler

A voting feature that will allow you to set up a poll

poll should have a customizable heading
poll should have customizable options with a two option minimum and possibly a fixed max of 10
poll should be able to accept a time limit with a default time limit of 1 hour (or longer perhaps)
poll should be able to set a percentage of guild members to vote, which will make the time limit minimum 48 hours, in other words poll could be set to require that a minimum 30% of members vote
the person that starts a poll should be able to get results of a running poll before time limit expires
members will have access to results at the end of the poll
results and poll should expire from database after 30 days

votes should be anonymous but only allow one vote per member
if you can think of any other options please add in comments, do not start a new issue.

So you DM the bot to vote? Or it deletes your message immediately?

Ideally it would delete the message, but dm might be better because bots don't always have permission to manage channel messages

In my opinion, a vote can be skewed if someone can see the current results before they have voted

@joker314 Mind if I take this up?
I have better idea about this. I have seen similar concepts like this implemented on the servers elsewhere.
The idea is each role will be represented by an emoji. If the user clicks on the emoji (aka reacts with that emoji) that corresponding role will be assigned to the user.
Advantage of this approach is that everyone gets to see what role has been opted for by everyone else on the server.

Hmm, I think that's a good idea. Other team members may have differing thoughts, though.
