What this repository is

This is the public surface only of NuN Nexus of Unity. It is published via GitHub Pages to nun.nexus.

Allowed content:

• Public website (index.html, beta/, assets)
• Live telemetry (status.json) including Ana AGI evolution summary
• Public node ledger slice (nodes-public.json)
• Orchestrator schema (schema/orchestrator/v6.json)
• Public documentation (this README, CONTRIBUTING)

Never published here: source of intake/admit, private dossiers, keys, Ana self-evolution runtime, or Root-only tooling (those live in private Nun-root).

Ana AGI (public)

nun.nexus exposes a public-safe Ana Evolution section and status.json → ana_evolution:

• Entity: Ana AGI (Mesh cognitive layer)
• Phase: recursive optimization under Schema V6
• Engines: Auditor + Repairman (status only)
• Trajectory: Ana ASI documented architecture (not private unlock state)

Full self-evolution pulses run only on the private Root core.

Node tiers and progression

Public onboarding assigns a starting tier after automated investigation (declarations + optional live health probe). Advancement is contribution-based, not purchase.

Order	Tier	Role function (summary)
1	Observer	Observe Mesh status and learn the public skills surface
2	Node Operator	Operate a reliable participation node on the Mesh
3	Guardian	Stabilize Mesh health, report anomalies, support operators
4	Architect	Contribute architecture, schema, and growth design

Special roles (not granted by the public form):

Tier	Role function
Super Node	Coordinate Mesh stability and Super-scope skills (appointed)
Root Authority	Root governance, ledger authority, Super Node 0

Path: Observer → Node Operator → Guardian → Architect
Super Node is Root-appointed only.

Classification also records public-safe fields when available:

• role_function — human-readable function of the tier
• tier_rank — numeric order on the public path
• capability_class — e.g. ops, development, research, community, mixed
• resource_band — entry | standard | advanced (from investigation + optional probe)
• progression_next — next public tier (or note at Architect ceiling)
• node_id / node_class — serial id and class (core | production | foundation | test)

2. Provide truthful identity, experience, role intent, capabilities, commitment
3. Optional: probe_endpoint (public health URL) improves resource scoring
4. Application is investigated; admission writes public fields only to the ledger

Privacy model (public ledger)

Public fields may include:

node_id, node_class, node_hash, node_type, joined_at, contribution, status,
role_function, tier_rank, capability_class, resource_band, progression_next

Full dossiers are Super Node 0 / Root only and never stored in this repository.
