This PR is to update some of the meta descriptions in Auth0 Docs to the advisable character count.

While main/docs/api/myorganization.mdx is a handwritten doc in docs-v2, I think the other pages related to authentication API are generated from its spec, so your changes will be overwritten the next time docs content pipeline regenerates docs for docs-v2.
There should be a way to manually run the docs-content-pipeline to confirm this 👍
