4.0 Monitor - Active Scans

Couple of thoughts:

1. Do we have the consistency level available for display. A value of eventual hitting a tablet server would indicate tablet server fallback and may indicate to the user that they need to add more capacity.
2. Do we have the scan session details available, can/should we show the details either like we do for compaction details with the + sign, or a link to a page with the details.
