Positions wiped out in paper account #278

Describe the bug
Over the past month I've opened and closed a lot of positions on my paper account. All of them were crypto based. Then suddenly, one day, all of those positions were gone, including the amount of money put into them.
I'm happy to share my trades as well as my current open positions.
Expected behavior
Positions should've persisted.

Thanks for the report, and for cross-posting it to the forum. As explained in that thread, this was caused by an internal job that syncs paper crypto positions, and it appears to be resolved now. If it happens again, please contact our support team at https://alpaca.markets/contact with your paper account ID, the affected symbols, and when the positions disappeared.
Closing this since it appears to be resolved.
