Adds a local-only hook to copy board-specific kernel modules and firmware from data/board_modules/<board>/ into the built rootfs. Exports BOARD in build_complete.sh and passes the board name to patch_rootfs. Adds brya to the CI build matrix.

I don't understand this one. You're adding a way to copy extra firmware and modules into an image, but not actually adding any board specific patches for this brya board?
