"Livestream Chat's AI Summary" is not being disabled by Hiding AI #1380

When opening and reopening a livestream's chat, an AI summary will appear right above the chat's input field.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any livestream with chat messages enabled.
2. See error

The AI summary shouldn't appear.
