Summary

Add a Pi package manifest, extension, MCP adapter wiring, and Pi skills for DeepWork
Add Pi setup integration and review formatting support
Add tests covering the Pi plugin, setup, hooks, and review formatting

Manual validation

Installed this branch as a local Pi package from a separate Pi workspace
Reloaded Pi and verified DeepWork MCP tools loaded
Created and ran a sample news_summary/daily_brief DeepWork workflow end-to-end with quality gates and reviews passing

Notes

Pi skill names were normalized to hyphenated names to satisfy Pi skill validation.
