Robot api 10.14

This adds the new RobotAPI endpoints coming up in PolyScope X 10.14.

I'll make that a draft for now, as some things are still missing

• Generating flight reports has not been tested, yet
• Downloading support files isn't implemented, yet
• Popup interaction tests fail
