Could implement some kind of visual feedback. Could also look to see if its possible to improve performance; more specifically, try filling beat tl with beats spaced 1s apart on an hour long video without ms suggesting to kill it. (is current performance reasonable?)

I have a branch that greatly improves beat editing performance, making beat import a O(n) operation, for instance. I need to review and open a PR for it. Noting it on my to-dos.
