  • Every provider transport returns the provider's own reasoning summary and stop reason; both loops record them; the Trace shows the prompt and the reasoning; an unexpected change names the writes that could have made it.
  • New narrative layer (wb_studio/narrative.py): per attempt a timeline, what went right, what went wrong, the turning point and one failure mode from a fixed list; per run how each setup failed and which tasks every setup failed the same way. Attempt sheet opens on it; run report gets a section and a fold per failed attempt; the paid reading follows the same shape.
  • Genesis: a route's key and the server's Codex CLI are two facts; the Railway image installs the Codex CLI.
  • Reports: Date column, source lines reduced to the source, short setup names in figures.
  • Review screenshots and scratch under .impeccable and artifacts untracked.

… routes on the hosted image

Every provider transport returns the provider's own reasoning summary and stop
reason; both loops record them, the Trace shows the prompt and the reasoning,
and an unexpected change names the writes that could have made it. A new
narrative layer writes what happened per attempt (timeline, what went right,
what went wrong, the turning point, one failure mode from a fixed list) and per
run (how each setup failed, tasks every setup failed the same way); the attempt
sheet opens on it, the run report has a section for it and a fold per failed
attempt, and the paid reading follows the same shape.

Genesis: a route's key and the server's Codex CLI are two facts; the Railway
image installs the Codex CLI. Reports: a Date column, source lines reduced to
the source, short setup names in figures. Review screenshots and scratch under
.impeccable and artifacts untracked.
