Add Flicker to Plugin Store

Flicker turns the ROG Ally's RGB joystick rings into screen-reactive ambient lighting — the rings follow the dominant color on screen, in games and on the desktop (red boss room → red rings, forest → green, fire → orange).

  • Unified mode is zero-setup: it captures gamescope's PipeWire video node (user-level, no root/caps) and drives the rings through Handheld Daemon's API. Enable it and it works.
  • Split / Quad (per-zone) are opt-in and need a one-time sudo ./decky-setup.sh — the Aura MCU hidraw is root-locked by HHD, so that path runs as a root systemd unit.
  • It's ROG Ally / Ally X specific (it drives the Asus Aura RGB MCU), so a Steam Deck has no rings to light. Developed and tested on Bazzite on a ROG Ally X. Nothing equivalent exists on the store.

Honest disclosure — please read

I understand the llm usage concerns, plagiarism/bloat/buggy code etc, I feel the frustration and pain but I'd encourage you to reconsider in today's development climate, specifically for this plugin I'm submitting. I think its a really cool addition, that doesn't exist yet. If you want I can rewrite it by hand, fix the commit history, workout the bugs etc.

I've intentionally left the "Generative AI was NOT used" box unchecked rather than falsely certify it — I'd rather be transparent and let you decide on the merits.
