- Dockerfile: fix first-run PermissionError by pre-creating and chowning .cheetahclaws/workspace before dropping to the non-root user
- docker-compose.yml: make image overridable via CHEETAH_IMAGE
- scripts/docker-publish.sh: version-aware multi/single-arch publish
- docs/guides/docker.md: add Pull from Docker Hub + Interactive setup sections
- README.md: pip-first install order, July 9 news entry
- docs/news.md: detailed July 9 entry
- docs/i18n/*: re-translate all 7 READMEs to match the current English version
