Summary

• Soft-null socket_send($s, null, 0, 0) matches Zend Deprecated + Unable to write to socket [32]: Broken pipe + false (Closes #30321).
• Completes the ext/sockets soft-null batch (Regression: socket_bind(..., null) soft TypeError — Zend Deprecated+Warning+false (ext/sockets/sockets.c) #30315/Regression: socket_connect(..., null) soft TypeError — Zend Deprecated+Warning+false (ext/sockets/sockets.c) #30316/Regression: socket_sendto(..., null) soft TypeError — Zend Deprecated+Warning/int (ext/sockets/sockets.c) #30319/Regression: socket_write(..., null) soft TypeError — Zend Deprecated+Warning+false (ext/sockets/sockets.c) #30320/Regression: socket_send(..., null) soft TypeError — Zend Deprecated+Warning+false (ext/sockets/sockets.c) #30321).
