Can get rid of this I suppose since we wont have it. Doesn't hurt if not.

I was thinking of removing They were staging spaces for a potential refactor into a more Clean design, but I got side tracked - and you've been doing good work, so I don't think we'll need this now Looks like maybe |

rebase recreated the file from a stale snapshot, dropping upstream improvements: venv-based python install, pin_libcamera_workaround, rsync idempotency in install_*, cmp -s short-circuits, pkg_installed helper.
