GitHub renders manually wrapped prose in issues and PRs as line breaks. Add guidance for self-contained writing, proportional structure, and one source line per prose paragraph or simple list item, while preserving intentional Markdown structure and repository formatting.
Consolidate the existing publication instructions with uniquely named body files, inspection of the exact payload, and verification after publication.
