Describe your changes

  • Bump actions/checkout from v4 to v7
  • Bump actions/setup-python from v5 to v6
  • Bump SonarSource scan and build-wrapper actions from v4 to v8
  • Bump actions/cache from v4 to v5

CI builds showed several deprecation warnings which are solved by this change.

How has this been tested?

CI build passed and no deprecation warning is shown
