Corrects the Instagram pipeline documentation after repository separation: the upload proxy belongs to the connector repository, while host deployment belongs to openclaw-ops. No runtime or publishing behavior changes.

Disposition: documentation-only correction is complete and remotely durable. It removes ambiguous ownership after the proxy was moved to the connector and its deploy companion to openclaw-ops. The submitting account cannot merge into the organisation repository; maintainer review is the only remaining gate.
