When we release a stable version, the workflow will automatically create the annotation for the release in Mixpanel.
Both Stable and Beta versions are supported, but we haven't gotten the confirmation yet whether beta data is needed. We'll need to change to
types: [prereleased, released]for that.Closes LAZ-996
