Downgrade OpenStudio from version 3.11.0 to 3.10.0 across all relevant configurations, including Dockerfiles and CI scripts. Update GitHub Actions workflows to support manual triggering and ensure compatibility with both amd64 and arm64 architectures. Enhance the Docker setup for multi-architecture support and improve the external batch provisioning process with Ansible. Fix analysis zip corruption issues on shared filesystems in Kubernetes deployments by implementing a more reliable locking mechanism.
