half host/device datasets to the Fern API documentation, preserving their
existing public Doxygen descriptions. Regenerate the CAGRA documentation page so
the overloaded functions appear as separate entries.

- Around line 101-121: Refactor the float/half brute-force path around the
existing brute_force index and dataset handling to process fixed-size query
batches instead of allocating full device_neighbors, device_distances, and
host_neighbors matrices. Reuse the device dataset view for device input, retain
the single device copy for host input, copy each batch’s neighbor results to
host, remove self-neighbors, and write each batch directly into knn_graph before
continuing.
Review comments at @cpp/tests/neighbors/ann_cagra.cuh:
- Around line 341-342: Update the build_algo vector used for ordinal-based
display names so BRUTE_FORCE occupies index 3 and AUTO occupies index 4;
preserve the existing first three entries and ordering.

🩺 Stability & Availability | 🟠 Major | 🏗️ Heavy liftReserve memory for brute-force search before sizing the device batch.
When the dataset requires batching and GPU memory is tight,
max_batch_sizeallocates nearly all free workspace todevice_neighborsanddevice_distances. Brute-force search then allocates temporary distance and selection buffers. The build can fail despite a smaller batch being feasible. Include peak search scratch in the batch budget, particularly for inner-product search. (raw.githubusercontent.com)🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

This PR adds brute-force search as an exact kNN graph construction option for CAGRA and CAGRA ACE. Depending on the dataset and number of splits, exact graph construction can improve recall and reduce build time.
Construction is batched according to available workspace memory. For host datasets larger than device memory, query and reference chunks are transferred to the GPU incrementally, and partial neighbor lists are merged on the GPU to produce the exact graph.
