on line 110 in stanza.py compare function, for getting stanzas from the appliance2, it is passing in reverseproxy_id which is meant for appliance1.
stanza_entries = ibmsecurity.isam.web.reverse_proxy.configuration.entry.get_all(isamAppliance2, reverseproxy_id, stanza)

this line should be:
stanza_entries = ibmsecurity.isam.web.reverse_proxy.configuration.entry.get_all(isamAppliance2, reverseproxy_id2, stanza)
