This PR cleans up the info in the two mod manifests, to include a bunch more fields and migrate away from deprecated fields. Also use a standardised SPDX identifier for our license across both.
Fabric supports a tonne of links via ModMenu, so I've added those in. Also supplied a Modrinth-API update checker URL on the NeoForge side. NF sadly doesn't support much in the way of links.
