   For me what worked if you use dolphin you just modify the hosts file of your pc in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts (open it in admistrator for edit it) on windows and you add an NoSSL Cheat Code on the wii if you got USB Loader GX you go in your game setting and Game Load and down there you'll find Private Server and change to Custom Server and change the ip with your machine ip when you put the ip, change Custom Sever to NoSSL and launch the game if you enabled manual activation go to Waiting Consoles and you will find your wii you only need to click on Authorize, and if you got the disk just use brainslug (idk how to use it search for tutorial online) this is works for me and idk if it will work for you.
