This PR changes releases back to using semantic tags instead of date stamps. Image tags will change from:
geolab-base:2026-05-31-225203
to:
geolab-base:1.2.3
The geolab:latest tag will continue to be maintained.
The semantic version will now need to be entered manually in the
releasejob in the pipeline on GitLab.
