This script publishes CernVM-FS named snapshots. It checks if the CVMFS repository has not had transactions in the past 30 minutes, and if not, creates a new named snapshot of the current state with prefix
-revXXXXwhereXXXXis an integer that increments by 1 with each new snapshot.Ideally, this script runs in the last day of each month via a cronjob or identical automation.
Disclosure: I used output from the
codestralLLM as a starting point and edited it further myself.
