Channel download cutoff dates #788
Description
The ability to set a cutoff date so Youtarr downloads only a channel's videos up to that date. For example, say a channel used to do troll content and not real advice, but has transitioned to real advice. I do not archive the troll content; only the useful content.

Nice, I like this, it would also be pretty cool because, if you set it BEFORE going a "Load More", then we could cap indexing new videos from the channel when we hit the cutoff date, which would make that operations faster.... we could even add this setting to the "Load More" dialog that asks the user, eg "Would you like to set a cutoff date for loading video metadata from this channel?"
