   Hi Kapeel,

   We are currently extending Teaser in that direction. We expect a public version for RNA-Seq to be usable by end of this year.

   Hi,
   Yes we have a prototype. We are currently running multiple tests to see how it performs. If everything checks out we could put it online in the next 1-2 months.

   Unfortunately, not much. Moritz has decided to not continue in comp biology. i just got a new lab member that hopefully takes over soon.
