Advance the interactive-subagents package to the tested lifecycle fixes. The previous pin left the watcher abort controller permanently cancelled after Pi reused a cached extension factory for a replacement session, causing every later scout or worker to exit before creating its session. Keep the portability package contract pinned to the same immutable commit.
