This library allows you to quickly and easily use the AfterShip Tracking API via C#.

Before you begin to integrate:
- Create an AfterShip account.
- Create an API key.
- Install .Net version 6.0 or later.
- SDK Version: 16.0.0
- API Version: 2026-07
Using the [.NET Core command-line interface (CLI) tools]:
dotnet add package AfterShipTrackingUsing the [NuGet Command Line Interface (CLI)]:
nuget install AfterShipTrackingFrom within Visual Studio:
- Open the Solution Explorer.
- Right-click on a project within your solution.
- Click on Manage NuGet Packages...
- Click on the Browse tab and search for "AfterShipTracking".
- Click on the AfterShipTracking package, select the appropriate version in the right-tab and click Install.
For with Visual Studio Code:
- Open the Command Palette then type "NuGet Package Manager"
- In the opened window, search for "AfterShipTracking".
- Select the AfterShipTracking package and the package version.

The API returns its current rate limit status in the headers of every response, and the SDK exposes these headers on both successful responses and rate-limited errors, so you can monitor your consumption proactively instead of waiting for 429 errors.

Every successful response exposes a ResponseHeader property (HttpResponseHeaders, case-insensitive lookup) alongside Data. Taking the Quick Start example above:

The SDK will return an error object when there is any error during the request, with the following specification:
