Bumps latest channel to v0.24.0 (npm latest; tag v0.24.0 = main HEAD 938c487d). Supersedes the unmerged 0.23.0 PR (#6). - API regenerated via TypeDoc at the release commit (Defined-in -> 938c487d); module set unchanged (13 packages). - Self-cleaning extract-docs.sh + sanitizer. - Version labels 0.22.0 -> 0.24.0; homepage Last_Updated -> 2026-06-20. - Clean: no MIT residue; API_REFERENCE.md auto Version 0.24.0; deployment addresses match @aastar/core canonical (3 chains); sidebar links resolve. - pnpm run docs:build verified.

APPROVE — auto-generated SDK documentation release; diff too large for API review (>300 files).
Based on PR description: TypeDoc-regenerated API reference for v0.24.0 (Defined in → 938c487d), following the established release runbook (extract-docs.sh + sanitize-typedoc-md.cjs). 13 packages unchanged; version tags updated 0.22.0→0.24.0; deployment addresses consistent with @aastar/core canonical; no MIT residuals; sidebar links verified reachable. #6 (v0.23.0) is skipped and superseded by this PR.
