I noticed the same but I couldn't pinpoint what was wrong.
Now I paid attention to the flow of the Live TV tab (on an XC stream), and noticed:
1- There's no way to navigate with keys from the List of Categories column, to the List of Channels for the selected category.
2-Navigating with the mouse by selecting a channel, the focus is not on the list, but elsewhere (that's why it doesn't scroll). A couple of Tab key pressing and you relocate the focus to the channels list, and up/down navigation is possible with keys.
3-The vertical scroll bar separation from the right termination of the list is inconsistent. Categories list and EPG seems to be separated from the border and you can access the scroll bar or the column resize with the mouse, but that's impossible in the mid tab of channels' list (handles too close, scroll bar function cannot be activated with the mouse)
BTW, the same effect is present on the details' pages for a movie or a series, the initial focus is elsewhere and vertical scrolling cannot be initiated with keys (a Tab key press seems to advance the focus to the right inside pane). Also, the vertical scroll bar for mouse use is not present.
Still, the whole UI cannot be navigated with keys only. Selecting an item or going back from a details page still requires using the mouse, but anyway, #1542 is a great advance on controlling the app.

Seems easy to solve, but that's up to @4gray :-)

Tested on latest master CI (https://github.com/4gray/iptvnator/actions/runs/33985353075) with an XC list and it seems to work better than before in terms of focus and scrolling with keys.
Still, the whole UI cannot be navigated with keys only. Selecting an item or going back from a details page still requires using the mouse, but anyway, #1542 is a great advance on controlling the app.
