[BUG]: Floating Control Bar Blocks Interactions, Cannot Be Repositioned Properly, and Disappears During Recording

Describe the bug
The floating control bar blocks interaction with nearby UI and cannot be moved freely to the top. If placed at the top before recording, it disappears once recording starts, leaving no way to control or stop the recording without force closing the app.

To Reproduce

1. Launch the app.
2. Start recording.
3. Try interacting near the control bar.
4. Move it to the top (before or during recording).

Expected behavior

• Control bar should be movable anywhere.
• It should not block nearby interactions.
• It should remain visible and usable during recording.

Similar issues on a Mac M5 running the latest Tahoe;

Issues:

1. The control bar disappears when I record
2. Control bar can't be moved
3. The app doesn't show up in the dock or anywhere - I have to tab through active apps to find it

I've found that just going to mission control will show the bar or the window > then click to get back to it.

It's a workaround, but not idea.

This issue has been fixed in the pr #730 and is waiting for review by maintainer and merging it
