once we're done with the initial web app etc, we can think about creating a github app which could:
- cross-repo back to valhalla/valhalla PRs with a CI check
Routing regression - 3 routes changed - view diff or so
- auto-run RAD check from valhalla PR with e.g.
/rad comment or label it needs-regression-test or so
the latter probably needs some sort of POST endpoint in the web app.
