Audit Log on Login/Read/Download/WorkflowEvent/etc

I know for Temporal Cloud there is audit log feature but it is missing in OSS. I wonder if Temporal has any interest of implementing such for the OSS or open to accept external contribution

hi! An external contribution is a possibility here. We currently do not have plans to invest in this area for the OSS side as typically self-hosting leads to a diverse ecosystem to sort out a solution for that works for everyone.
