The Smart Value Recapture (SVR) Feeds page currently includes this sentence in the Notice callout:
"Prospective SVR Feed users must fill out this form prior to integration in order to ensure protocol compatibility and proper recapture of OEV revenue."

This form is for the old incentive program that has been terminated now. This signup requirement should be removed from the Notice. The remaining disclaimer language about developer responsibilities, Chainlink SVR expectations, Developer Responsibilities, and Terms of Service should stay in place.
How important it is?
Medium importance. The current Notice may incorrectly imply that all prospective SVR Feed users must complete the signup form before integration. Removing the first sentence keeps the Notice focused on the relevant risk and responsibility disclosures without adding an unnecessary integration step.
