Vimeo video recognised but not downloading

Hi,

I've recently purchased your product but am having difficulty using it.
Download and installation seemed to go okay, I've got the icon in my toolbar.

Going onto a Vimeo page I get the messages "Embed video detected" then "Ready to download selected video"
Clicking on the download button I get "Download queued successfully"

But in the download window all I get is:
Downloads (1 active)
0% Starting segment downloads

And it stays like this with zero progress.
Can you help?
