Infinite pagination loop on FulfillmentInbound shipment_items_by_shipment

Issue:

Sometimes we have FBA Inbound Shipments with more that 100 items. For those particular shipments, calling the code bellow results into a never ending loop:

@load_all_pages()
def list_shipment_items(credentials, shipment_id, **kwargs):
    return FulfillmentInbound(
        credentials=credentials, version=FulfillmentInboundVersion.V_v0
    ).shipment_items_by_shipment(shipment_id, **kwargs)

EDIT: I also tried it with @load_all_pages(extras=dict(QueryType="NEXT_TOKEN")), but the same thing happens.

I used the same request in Postman and I can confirm that putting the NextToken into the request's headers returns a new page, with a new token, but the same 100 results, over and over again. I even tried putting the NextToken into the request's params, but that results in error. What is the proper way to get the next page with the next set of shipment items? Thank you for your help.

Hi,

according to the docs, the next token param for this operation is 'paginationToken'. It's quite unfortunate, but Amazon seems to randomize how they call things.

You should have better luck by using the decorator like this

@load_all_pages(next_token_param='paginationToken')

@saleweaver I tried your suggestion, but it does not work because the code uses V_v0, and that seems to require NextToken. Also replacing the version with LATEST will result in API error, because of wrong URL endpoint (shipment_items_by_shipment is not defined in V_2024_03_20)

Sorry for the confusion. The correct method in 2024_03_20 is 'list_shipment_items'. Can you try with this one please
