Description

All other wooden blocks are weighted as "Light", with their slab and stair variants being "Super Light"
Bamboo Planks follow this convention, but Bamboo Mosaic blocks don't-
The Bamboo Mosaic block is average weight, and the Bamboo Mosaic Stairs/Slabs are "Light"

Vanilla Minecraft doesn't classify bamboo mosaics as wood or wooden slabs, so it would be inconsistent to make this change.
