Show time of publish rather than just date

Currently hovering only indicates the date, e.g.:

Would it be possible to include the time as well? Probably UTC. I've been interested in this for tracking down which CI run actually did the publish (since libc's trusted publishing job has been a bit problematic today).

It would be awesome if we tracked the git hash that went with a release, but I know that information isn't available.
