Selenium manager fails to download firefox/edge with lower versions of selenium

Installed versions --
SeleniumLibrary == 6.8.0
selenium == 4.16.0

The requirements.txt for SeleniumLibrary shows dependency as "selelnium >= 4.3.0" and hence when upgrading selenium library the selnium version wasn't upgraded. Now the downloads for firefox/edge started failing. We upgraded to latest version of selenium and the downloads are working again.

Dependencies in requirements.txt should be updated so that pip dependency resolver can automatically update to the required version.

We have upgraded the minimum Selenium version to 4.25.0 [#1988]. As Yuri wrote .. "The current >= 4.3.0 is from mid-2022 and predates Chrome for Testing, the download unzip fix, and several Selenium Manager improvements. Since we are now requiring Python 3.10+, there's no reason to support such an old Selenium floor. 4.25.0 (late 2024) is widely deployed, avoids all the known download issues, and still gives users flexibility — they're not forced to be on the absolute latest."

This last point has been a request of mine. Given we don't have insight into everyones individual needs I was, some nmight say very, hesitant to force people to upgrade. I have heard the arguments for doing so. At this point I find this a good compromise. I always wlecome feedback and discussion.

I will also add it is our recommendation that each end user pin their selenium version.
