Please fix these issues because the latest ColorOS has just been released, I just updated to it, and currently MICTS is experiencing a significant delay. Also, VISTrigger doesn't work, I had to fix it by transfer the Google app to become the default digital assistant every time I use it. Then... well, it stopped working again.
In addition, please upgrade them, enabling more features and making them a true Google Lens application (I know your application is much more useful than Google's current support tools). But at the very least, you should release more patches or updates to improve the user experience. Thank you!

On OriginOS, the same problem occurs; it launches with a huge delay. I believe this is a problem with the shell itself, because on MagicOS from Honor, there is no delay when opening MICTS, and on the old OxygenOS 12, there is no problem with the delay either.

Google -> click your avatar -> setting -> gemini -> at the bottom, click Google's digital assistants -> click on the underlined line "The default digital assistant app on Android devices" -> Switch Google to none
Then out app and close all tasks, after that back to Google app again and Repeat the steps above until you reach the "default digital assistant" section. From "none" change to "Google". Then use it normally.
Also make sure in "Google's digital assistants" you are using Gemini.

@Hansi1234onandroid I don't know, I've had it before but I only needed to do it once and then it didn't show up again. Anyway, I can switch to the international rom (oxygenos) to use Google services more freely, instead of using this rubbish they created, which they don't even update, if others experience the exact same problem as me, they won't be able to use it either.

Btw you could try letting the Google app run in the background and then automatically launch it, and grant it the necessary permissions for better performance.

Managed to solve the lag issue with macrodroid and vivid n.g.

1. In MacroDroid, create a new macro.

2. Add the following actions in this order:

Launch Activity

Package: com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox

Activity: AssistantHandoffActivity

Wait: 100 ms

Launch App: MiCTS

3. Create a MacroDroid shortcut for this macro on the home screen.

4. Test the shortcut directly. If configured correctly, MiCTS should open almost instantly.

5. In Vivid N.G., assign this MacroDroid shortcut to your preferred gesture:

Vivid N.G. → Shortcuts → select the created MacroDroid shortcut.

6. Use the gesture to launch MiCTS through the macro.

After this, Micts always opens instantly
