Feature Request: Implement automated License/Subscription notices with community flagging and developer donation support

just an Idea
To improve transparency and support open-source developers without creating a manual tracking burden for maintainers, the Software Manager should implement an automated labeling system mirrored after modern app stores:

1. License, Payment, and Donation Notices:

• If an app is true freedom software that provides its basic functions for free (even with optional paid upgrades), it should be proudly promoted as "Free Software" along with its specific free license type.
• If the developer requests it, this free software notice should include a prominent voluntary "Support / Donate" link to help users fund open-source creators.
• If an app offers zero free features and requires payment out of the box to use basic functions, it must display a notice like "Subscription Required" or "In-App Purchase Required."

2. Crowd-Sourced Flagging System:

• Add a community report button (e.g., "Report inaccurate payment notice") that tracks background user reports without requiring manual maintainer review.
• Once a specific threshold is met (e.g., 10 flags), a small visual caution sign or badge dynamically appears next to the license info—similar to a thumbs-up or metric icon. This silently alerts other users without throwing a pop-up interruption.
