Where is the best place to set the background color? I'm doing in in I feel like I'm using Thor's hammer to drill in a screw and it's ugly and I'm stuck. |

This is fine, but why not changing simply the background in Bootstrap $body-bg: gray;Or better, define your gray color palette first: $gray-100: #eeeeee;
$body-bg: $gray-100;Check out https://bootscore.me/documentation/theme/css-scss-compiler/#advanced on how to use the variables correct. You can override the bg color in :root {
--#{$prefix}body-bg: #eeeeee;
}All options leads into the same result, but using variables to create your own Bootstrap is the cleanest option. Thats why we have the Bootstrap source and scss compiler in the theme. |
