We're experiencing an issue where one of our pipelines is failing because it's failing to pull the maven artifact it depends on. Another pipeline pulls the correct version of the same maven artifact successfully. When I try to perform a manual check in concourse, it fails with no output. The pipeline that works passes with no output, making this issue difficult to debug.
