I’ve been running OpenRig for about a week now and really enjoying it. As I prep my next round of experiments, I’d love to see how the community is dialing in their setups.

Thanks for starting this, @smota. It's the kind of thread other people running OpenRig can learn from. A few places that may help while you plan the next round:

• Shared rigs: openrig.dev/rigs lists configurations people have published, each with one command to fetch it. If you'd like to share yours, the guide to publishing a rig bundle covers packaging your rig and submitting it to openrig.dev/rigs.
• Culture: a rig spec's culture_file points at a rig-wide culture file that every seat loads at start and on restore (see the rig spec reference).
• Naming and shape: naming rigs, pods and seats.

If you're open to it, sharing your own setup here or on openrig.dev/rigs would help others too.
