Does this bug already exist in our backlog?

Hello,
Have recently setup the Innovation Backlog as a stand alone instance to run a PoC.
Whilst attempting to add additional software tools used within my environment via both the +Add Tools button within the App and via the Table itself, I have found that it allowed me to add 8 and then any others I add after that fail to display in the app. They are however visible in the table.
The new rows are active and identical to rows that are being displayed settings wise.
I have attempted changing every settings/name/no special characters combo that I can think of and I cant find why there seems to be a cap on the extra tools being displayed in the Canvas app.
Appreciate any help or advice!

+Add Tool button within app - Can add as many custom tools as required
Add Tools via Table - Can add as many custom tools as required
Both ways to add tools enable them to be surfaced in the Canvas app.

Steps To Reproduce
- Deploy the Innovation Backlog solution as a standalone Canvas app instance (not connected to an existing CoE deployment).
- Open the app and create or open an existing Innovation Backlog item.
3.Navigate to the Tools step (Add Tools screen).
- Verify that a number of existing tools are visible under Popular Tools and All Tools.
- Add several (I have added 8 and the 9th+ doesnt display) new tools to the Innovation Backlog Tool table:
Either by using the + Add Tool button within the app
Or by adding rows directly to the Dataverse table
- Return to the app and open the Add Tools screen again.
- In the tools area the apps will initially be there but once you close out of the app and reopen they will have disappeared.
