Adaptation to France & German sovereign clouds

Hello,

Is it possible to adapt the "Connect-Maester" function in order to add to the "-Environment" variable the two new sovereign clouds in France and Germany ?
Here are the public URLs for these sovereign clouds:

BleuCloud (FRANCE)
Authentication = "https://login.sovcloud-identity.fr"
GraphEndpoint = "https://graph.svc.sovcloud.fr"
Delos (GERMANY)
Authentication = "https://login.sovcloud-identity.de"
GraphEndpoint = "https://graph.svc.sovcloud.de"

@pierren14 thanks so much for raising this. Would you like to take a stab at making a PR for this?

Unfortunately neither @SamErde or I have access to tenants FR and GE soveriegn clouds.

Alternatively we might need help from @f-bader or @Cloud-Architekt

Another thing to keep in mind is updated documentation and setup scripts. I believe connections to sovereign cloud environments now require custom enterprise apps.

@SamErde yes you're right, PS connections to sovereign cloud environments require a custom entreprise app as PowerShell Graph multi-tenant app is not present and cannot be created
